I had taken my frames to two other labs and they told me they were unable to put new lenses in. Your company was easily able to do this and the glasses came out great. I was nervous to send them in — but I didn't have anything to lose. They came back perfect.
This is my fourth purchase. I keep coming back because the quality is consistent and the price is right. Won't go anywhere else.
I saved $350 on progressive lenses. My local vision center quoted me nearly triple for the same prescription.
They gave me updates at every step. Received, in production, shipped. Never had to wonder where my glasses were.
Had an issue with one order and Lensabl remade my lenses free of charge, no questions asked. That's why this is my third order.

Common Questions
Your frames are handled by trained technicians and covered by insured, prepaid shipping both ways. We treat every pair as if they were our own.
If we ever have a concern about your frames before we start work — an unusual hinge, a fragile material, anything that gives us pause — we contact you first. We never proceed without your approval. Your frames leave our lab the same way they arrived.
We work with the vast majority of frames — including many that local opticians and other labs turn away. Vintage frames, discontinued styles, unusual shapes, designer frames, and wraparound sports frames are all within our wheelhouse.
A small number of frame types can't be relensed by anyone — heavily curved shields, certain rimless designs — but if you're unsure, reach out before you order and we'll tell you straight away.
If we make a mistake — wrong prescription, wrong tint, any defect on our end — we remake your lenses free. No forms, no fees, no argument.
Every order also includes a 90-day warranty covering defects. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
Most orders are back in your hands within 10 days from the moment we receive your frames. Single vision lenses are typically faster; progressives and specialty tints like Transitions take a few days longer.
You'll hear from us at every step — when your frames arrive, when production starts, when they pass quality inspection, and when they ship back. No wondering where your glasses are.
Every order is crafted in a certified optical lab and quality inspected before it ships back to you. We verify your prescription details before production begins — if anything looks off or we need clarification, we contact you before proceeding.
For progressive lenses, we require your PD (pupillary distance) and segment height measurements. Our team reviews these before your lenses are cut to make sure everything is right.
Yes. Prescription sunglass lenses qualify as a medical vision expense under most FSA and HSA plans. We include an itemized receipt with every order formatted for reimbursement.
We recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have questions about your specific coverage, but prescription lenses — including tinted prescription lenses — are eligible under the vast majority of plans.
We offer polarized, gradient, mirror (silver, gold, blue flash), and photochromic (Transitions) tints across all lens types. Free AR coating is included on every order — no upsell required.
You'll select your tint and any additional coatings during the online configurator step after placing your order.
You'll need a valid prescription from a licensed eye care provider. Most states require prescriptions to be less than 2 years old, though this varies by location.
If you've had your eyes checked recently and have your Rx on hand, you're ready to go. You can enter it during checkout or upload a photo of your prescription card.
